Telfair Children’s Art Museum

About CAM

In July 2023, Telfair Museums welcomed the public to its newest addition: the Telfair Children’s Art Museum in the Jepson Center. The culmination of a years-long project, the museum partnered with Savannah design firm FREN Inc. to create a transformative space that ignites creativity and inspires children of all ages. Admission to CAM is included with regular admissions.

The World of William O. Golding - Telfair Children's Art Museum

 Jepson Center
Step into the vivid, hand-drawn world of William O. Golding—Savannah-born sailor, storyteller, and self-taught artist. Through interactive exhibits and animated journeys, children can touch, explore, and reimagine the ports and ships that shaped both Golding’s life and Savannah’s maritime legacy. His childlike drawings invite young visitors to see their own city with fresh eyes—and to create their own stories in color and line.

Help our family-friendly programs endure!

Your support toward Telfair Children’s Art Museum (CAM) will help us continue providing meaningful programming, encouraging a lifelong love for art and culture, and keeping the space dynamic.
