If you wish to become a member of Telfair Museums, register for an event, or make a donation via our website, we will ask you to provide personal information that is necessary to process and service your request. Your credit card information will be temporarily stored on a secure server and used only for processing your online transaction. We will retain the information you provided for our records, and to facilitate customer service. Your financial details will not be held by Telfair Museums. Similarly, if you wish to purchase other products from us such as a book or a statue, you will be redirected to PayPal to complete your purchase and your financial details will not be held by Telfair Museums. You may also provide us with data when you enter a competition, promotion or survey, attend an event, and when you submit a message via our Contact form.

Telfair Museums offers tablets inside the museum that request visitor feedback. These surveys are conducted through a reputable third-party service provider. Your participation in these surveys is on a voluntary basis. We use the survey responses to improve our understanding of you, our visitors, and to determine how best to serve your needs. Information collected in these surveys is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
