The Power of the Pen: The Story of Georgia Citizen’s Arrest Repeal is a new short film documenting the 2021 bipartisan repeal of Georgia’s infamous citizens arrest law, which had existed since the 1860s. The program will be introduced by Georgia State representative Carl Gilliard and Dr. Naomi King, sister in law of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
