Visitors can see armor and mock battle demonstrations throughout the afternoon presented by the Shire of Forth Castle (Savannah area chapter of the Society for Creative Anachronism) and members of Schola St. George (a group focused on the knightly culture and chivalric arts of the later Middle Ages) from Atlanta and the Southeast. SCA members will demonstrate period crafts, and children will make art projects inspired by the exhibition. Don’t forget, Telfair’s Children’s Art Museum will also be open free to residents on this day.
