Join Telfair Museums and the Ossabaw Island Foundation for a fascinating day trip to Ossabaw Island. The program will consider the history of the island through the lens of the Ossabaw Island Project and Genesis, the subject of the exhibition Off the Coast of Paradise: Artists and Ossabaw Island, 1961-Now on view at Telfair.

Disclaimer: Participation in this program requires steadiness in walking up and down steep dock ramps, boarding a vessel from a floating dock, some walking on unpaved and uneven paths, and periods of standing.

Itinerary (subject to change):
- 10:00am: Boat departs from Delegal Creek Marina
- 10:40am: Arrive at Ossabaw Island and enjoy an overview of island
history by Robin Gunn - 11:00am: Walk to Torrey West House for an interior tour and an overview of the history of the Ossabaw Island Project and Genesis by Erin Dunn
- 1:00pm: Lunchtime at the Club House
- 1:30pm: Walking tour of the North End
- 3:45pm: Boat departs from Ossabaw Island
- 4:30pm: Arrive at Delegal Creek Marina
