FAAA Studio Visit: Tour of Richard Law Studio

Friends of African American Arts (FAAA) members are invited to a studio visit with artist Richard Law. Born in Savannah, Law creates paintings inspired by his upbringing in the deep South, Black culture, and the landscape of the Lowcountry of Georgia and South Carolina. In addition to his paintings, Law also operates a successful barbering business and is an accomplished musician. His art has appeared regularly in FAAA member exhibitions and has been featured in hair magazines. His works have been described as a blend of jazz, folk, and contemporary art.
