Telfair Museums announces a series of contemplative viewing programs with Ericka Tiffany Phillips, a meditation guide, community organizer and rising thought leader in the field of mindfulness. She develops mindfulness centered, community-focused workshops for a wide range of organizations including Google and The Smithsonian’s National Museum of African American History and Culture. As an organizer, she is particularly skilled in leading diverse communities during times of significant transformation and change. At the Jepson Center, Phillips will lead a series of three sessions focused on the exhibitions Sonya Clark: Finding Freedom, and Noel W Anderson: Heavy is the Crown.
Admission is free but the number of participants is limited. An additional session will be held after museum hours on January 5, 2022 at 5:30pm.
