Telfair Museums will be reopening its three sites—the Telfair Academy, the Owens-Thomas House & Slave Quarters, and the Jepson Center for the Arts—beginning Friday, June 26. The museums will be open 10am-5pm Thursdays-Mondays. During the initial reopening phase, we will be closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

One of a pair of side chairs. The Elizabethan Revival style of the mid-19th century referenced designs by the French architect Daniel Marot (1661-1752) who served as royal architect to England's William and Mary, and remodeled their Hampton Court Palace in the ornate Louis XIV style.
