Sketching
Sketching is permitted in the galleries (pencil only, no ink or paint) with sketchbooks no larger than 8 1/2 x 11 inches (21.6 x 27.9 cm). No easels, stools, or sketching while sitting on the floor is permitted. If galleries are crowded, guards may ask visitors to stop sketching or writing.

Strollers
Baby strollers are welcome.

Food and Drink
Food and drinks are not permitted.

Photography
Non-flash photography and video taken from a handheld device are permitted for personal, noncommercial use. To protect the art, the camera must be at least three (3) feet from the work of art and tripods, monopods (including selfie sticks), additional lights and extension cords are not allowed.

Additional Guidelines

  • Enjoy the art with your eyes and not your hands. Please do not touch the artwork.
  • Please step into the hallway if you need to speak on your phone
  • And display your admission tag so that we know you are part of the art during your visit
