Tour Scheduling
(Minimum group size: 10 / Maximum group size: 60)
Call 912.790.8827 to schedule a group tour or studio project.
For all student group tours, one adult chaperone is required for every ten students.
To ensure availability, schedule your tour as early as possible. Tours must be scheduled at least three weeks in advance.
When scheduling a tour, please provide the following information:
- Preferred date and time of tour, and alternate date and time
- Name of your school, address, phone number, and email
- Grade level and number of students
- Number of accompanying adults
- Theme of desired tour program
Museum Manners
1. Explore with your eyes, not your hands.
2. Point out details with words, not your finger.
3. Walk and move carefully, and always make sure to follow your docent.
4. Listen carefully. Raise your hand. Speak clearly but quietly.
5. Photography is not permitted in the galleries.
6. Eating, drinking, and chewing gum are not allowed outside of the cafe area.
