Hugh Acheson, chef and cookbook author, will take the stage that afternoon. Acheson is a six-time nominee and 2012 winner of the James Beard “Best Chef in the Southeast” award. He has award winning restaurants in Athens and Atlanta, and will open a new restaurant in Savannah in 2014. Chef Acheson also has been featured on Bravo TV’s Top Chef Masters.
