Selections from the Permanent Collection

The
Telfair is proud to present selections from its growing permanent
collection of modern and contemporary art this summer. The exhibition
features selected paintings acquired in recent years, including
major pieces by William Scharf, Radcliffe Bailey, Sam Gilliam, Syd
Solomon, Seymour Fogel, and many others. While primarily drawn from
the permanent collection, the installation will contain a few important
objects that the Telfair is privileged to have on long-term loan
including significant paintings by Roy Lichtenstein, Larry Rivers
and Yves Klein. New Horizons marks the first major installation
of the Telfair's permanent collection in the stunning new galleries
of the Jepson Center.
